OUR STORY
The Yellow Oven began with a stubborn idea: that an eggless bakery in Ahmedabad shouldn't have to apologise for anything. Not the crumb, not the set of a mousse, not the shine on a glaze. So we work the long way round — Callebaut couverture, entremets built in layers over two days, laminated dough rested overnight, coffee pulled to order. A patisserie, a boulangerie and a cake studio sharing one warm room on Judges Bungalow Road.
